Integrated Operations Specialist

As an Integrated Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing various aspects of our business operations to drive efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and boost sales. Your responsibilities will span across our various locations and operations management, process improvement, project management, sales, customer advocacy, and reporting. Here's a breakdown of your key duties:
Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of all processes.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in workflows and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize resource utilization.
- Identify and mangement vendors to ensure cost effectiveness and strategic support of general operations.
Process Improvement:
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Continuously monitor performance metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of process improvements.
- Implement changes within our various software systems to ensure efficiency and compliance with processes.
Project Management:
- Lead projects aimed at implementing new systems, processes, or initiatives.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop comprehensive project plans.
- Coordinate project teams, manage timelines, and ensure successful project execution within budget constraints.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for revenue growth and customer acquisition including some direct sales.
- Provide sales support by analyzing market trends, identifying target markets, and developing strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Assist in the development of sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
Customer Advocacy:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
- Advocate for customers within the organization to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
Reporting:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to track key operational metrics, project milestones, and sales performance.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into operational efficiency, project progress, and sales trends.
- Present findings to senior management and stakeholders, and make recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, process improvement, project management, sales, and customer advocacy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office suite.
